Photos of Historic Bonavista Property: $45,000

The first two are shots of what the view looks like if you are
standing outside at the back of the building overlooking the harbor.
This is one place we wanted to put a deck.

This is an old bulding in Bonavista (where the explorer
John Cabot discovered Newfoundland) that is perfect for
a bed-and-breakast renovation or other use. You can
see a replica of "The Matthew" in the harbor -- the boat
Cabot used to cross the Atlantic, and the view is the
best in town.

Tourists are dying for things to do in Bonavista, and
this property could be a gold mine. A coach-house
tavern, a B&B, a tourist shop, a restaurant
-- the possibilities are endless.

What makes it so attractive is not just the spectacular
view, but the fact that this building in on the site
where the British made their first successful stand
against French and Indian intruders in 1704. A sea
captain from Boston rallied the residents behind him,
and from this hill they fought back the French and the
attackers never returned. We intended to call this
property: "The Battle of 1704 Bed and Breakfast"

Photos from back are below:

Photos of front (street side) are below:

Photos of entrance (door from parking lot) are below:

Photos of upstairs are below:

This is a photo below of downstairs, showing the bathroom
and the entrance way. The entrance door is on the other side of
the bathroom and is hidden from view:

I took these two photos standing in the one-story
addition, and shooting toward the front where the counter
and the entrance door are:

This photo is taken of space behind the counters. Right
to the left in the photo you can see part of the closet that is
under the stairs to the second floor. The one-story addition is
through the wall opening on the right:

This is an inside photo of the one-story addtion:

These are photos of the counters you see as you enter through the front door:

Photos below are the views you get from various windows upstairs:
