Located about 8 miles from the city of General Alvear where the
southern entrance to the wine route begins, the farms are just
off a paved road. There is electric service and three-phase electric
at the road, and city water on the paved road about 100 yards away.
These are good starter farms, or great buy-and-hold properties
since expenses would be minimal. There are a few stands of poplar
trees, but other than that the fincas are awaiting tractor work and
planting. They would be suited for vineyard, fruit orchard, olives,
annual vegetables and would make a nice home site. The next-door
neighbor on one side of the farms is an American ex-pat.
