This 500-acre cattle ranch is located
about 25 minutes southeast of San Rafael
near the pueblo of La Llave.

It totals 500 acres (200 hectares) and
250 acres (100 hectares) are cleared and
leveled and 125 acres (50 hectres) are planted.

Deeded water rights for the entire acreage,
plus an irrigation well with a 100 HP
electric pump, allowing the use of a
hydraulic pivot. Flow rate of 430,000
liters/hour. There are currently only
50 head of cattle on the property, but
it has enough alfalfa and sorghum,
etc., for 170 head. You could double
that or more by putting the rest of the
acreage in production.
