This 17-acre farm of quince trees (with about two acres of plum trees) is in nearly full production. The finca should produce more than 80,000 kilos of quince per year, and has full water rights. The farm has just been fertilized with goat manure, which lasts for about three years and should enhance production this year. The property has just been disced again, and the plum orchard (D'Agen plums for drying as prunes, which have a very good market value) is scheduled for pruning now, and that work is included in the price.
There is a view of the mountains and several places to put a house. A small grape vineyard can also be installed. This finca is on a major paved road and has electric and city water at the asphalt. It is located on the route to Buenos Aires, about 25 minutes from San Rafael.
