This farm in Cuadro Benegas just outside of
San Rafael is fully planted with Malbec and
Chardonnay vineyard plus an orchard of French
D'Agen plums for prunes.

EQUIPMENT INCLUDED
WORKER HOUSE & BARN

The property has a house for the worker and
a small barn of 400 square feet. The house
is an old adobe structure with two bedrooms
and kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

Equipment includes a Massey Ferguson tractor
a 14-plate tractor disc, a 600 liter-sprayer,
and another 200-liter sprayer.

PRODUCTION

There are 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of Chardonnay
grapes in full production, 3.7 hectares (9 acres)
of Malbec grapes in full production and about 4
hectares (11 acres) of newly planted Malbec which
are not producing yet. There are 3 hectares
(7 acres) of plums that produce an average of
30,000 kilos per year. The Chardonnay average
about 20,000 kg per year and the Malbec average
about 30,000 kg per year.
