rate of about 85% from October 15 to May 15.
Ninety percent of the guests are return
customers.

15,000 bottles of wine a year from the
vineyard harvest. The owner says he
does about $75,000 a year in wine sales
at $5 to $6 a bottle here in Argentina.

The sale also includes an apartment
(66-square-feet) that he is building
above the winery which will have a
spectacular view of the Sierra Pintadas
(Painted Hills) to the south.
