This 48-acre farm has 7 hectares (17
acres) of grapes, with 5.5 hectares
(13.5 acres) in Cabernet Sauvignon and
1.5 hectares (3.5 acres) in muscatel
and ceresa common grapes.

The grapes have produced an average
over the past ten years of 61,000 kilos
per year.

There are 100 quince tress that were
absolutely loaded this year and produced
10,500 kilos of fruit.

There are also about 15 large mature
olive trees that gave 295 kilos of olives
this year which the owners traded to the
Yacanelo olive oil factory for 38 liters
of oil (the equivalent of 80 bottles of
oil at 16 ounces each).

Ten hectares (25 acres) of land
remain uncultivated.

HOME & BARN

The house has a well-kept interior and
has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with about
1,000-square-feet of space. It is s
erved by city water and has good
electric. There is a swimming pool next
to the home, and on the side next to
the pool is a grape arbor that produces
an ample yearly harvest of table grapes.

A relatively new garage/barn has just
over 1,000 square feet (it’s 32x32 feet)
and can also be used as a workshop area.

The farm has water irrigation rights
from irrigation canals in front of the
farm and also have a deep irrigation
well with a depth of 62 meters and a
submersible pump that is located at
a depth of 25 meters.
