of San Rafael in the Resolana area,

There is a total of 4,690 acres
(1900 hectares) with 865 acres (350
hectares) suitable for cultivation and
the rest is natural campo land. The
campo land could be put into cultivation
by clearing and leveling.

Since its beginnings the property has
been cultivated with pasture and forage
for livestock.

The 865 acres is subdivided into plots
of 15 to 25 acres (6 to 10 hectares),
which facilitates the distribution of
livestock and rotation regarding forage.

This acreage has an appropriate water
system which allows them to efficiently
irrigate plots and allows livestock
