top patio overlooking the olive groves and
affording a nice view of the Painted Hills
(Sierra Pintadas). The view from the pool
also has a good view of the groves and the
Sierra Pintadas.

CRAFT OLIVE OIL PRODUCTION

The olive oil factory next to the restaurant
has a capacity to produce 12,000 liters per
year, and could be expanded to much more.
The gourmet oil is a cold-processed, first
press extra virgin oil only. Next to the
processing facility is a tasting area for
tourists where they conduct sales of their
proprietary craft oils and other regional
products.

OLIVE GROVES

There are about 20 acres (8 hectares) of
olive trees, which number about 3,500 trees
of the Arbequina and Frantoio variety.

RESTAURANT

The restaurant is located next to the
olive oil-tasting room and has a separate
kitchen a few steps away in an outside
building next to the outdoor seating.
