The house will take six weeks to
complete, and the materials
and labor have already been paid
for. High-grade ceramic tiles are
already installed, but the new
owners will be able to select
the paint colors inside and out,
which the contractor will
complete to your liking.

The 1-1/2 story home has two
bedroom downstairs with two
baths and an upstairs bedroom or
studio (the owner is an artist
and wanted a studio with a view).
There is an indoor garage with
the identical ceramic flooring
which is installed throughout
the rest of the home.

It measures 185 square meters
(1935 square feet) with an
additional 304-square-feet of
semi-covered patio and a 172-
square-foot terraza.

CUSTOM KITCHEN

The kitchen cabinetry was custom-
built and is in storage with
high-impact aluminum-framed
windows and wooden doors, along
with some appliances, etc. The
only items that need to be
purchased will be a hot water
heater, water pump for the storage
tank and a sink (because there
are different styles and makes).
Water is at the house, as is
new electricity.

There are many mature trees on
the property, particularly at the
front where there is a forested
park area. They apricots, will
asparagus, a cherry tree, some
pomegranates, some olive trees,
a couple peach trees, wild plums
and some old grape vines.

About 20 acres are leveled and
to be planted in a variety of
or used as pasture for horses or
