Close to Town, Good Water.
Includes Tractor & Equipment.
Three acres have a peach orchard, most
covered in netting and the orchard is in
beautiful condition. The January 2025
harvest was 40,000 kilos (88,000 pounds).
The farm has about 25 olive trees which
average about 2,500 kilos a year. The
owner trades them for oil at the local
Yancanelo olive oil factory.
The sale includes the tractor and all
the necessary equipment. A neighbor
farms the peach orchard in exchange for
a percentage of the harvest.
There are 5 hectares (12-1/2 acres) that
could be put into other crops. Previously
the owner had them in row crops, vegetables.
TWO HOMES
The owner lives on the Atlantic coast
of Argentina, and when in town he stays
in the small guest house with his wife.
The main house is rented until June of
2025. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large
covered outdoor porch/patio. It has wood
ceilings, porcelain tile floors, etc.
I don't have photos because it is currently
occupied.
There is a 12x8-meter barn (1,000 sq. ft.)
attached to the main house.
The farm also has some grapes, peaches and
nectarines for personal use. All of it
beautiful.
