This hobby vineyard is located on 12.3
acres in Cuadro Benegas, a popular area
for tourists in San Rafael, Mendoza.

An excellent caretaker lives next door to
the property and would like to remain on
with a new owner.

The grapes have been sold annually to some
of the top wineries in the area, including
the Bianchi winery who exports worldwide.

UP TO 15,000 KILOS

The annual vield ranges up to 15,000 kilos
per year, which is equal to almost 15,000
bottles of wine. You would also have the
option of having a local winery elaborate
wine for you and then you private label,
or construct a boutique wiinery on the site.

PROFITABLE VINEYARD

In 15 years the vineyard has never lost
money. The owner lives in Europe and has
maintained things from afar without problems.

The owner says maintenance costs run about
$800 a year and in a good year after
expenses there is a profit of about US$3,400.

The harvest in 2023 was poor due to frost
that damaged up to 80 percent of the fruit
production in Mendoza. But the farm still
managed a profit of US$600 according to
numbers provided by the owner.

The farm is not far from the multi-million-
dollar Algodon wine and golf estate.

There is access to the property from good
roads on two sides. Electric, water and
services are available at the roads. Water
irrigation is good and sufficient.
