fine wine grapes has a great location

in Malbec and 8.8 acre in Merlot.
Previously the Valentine Bianchi
Winery (the best-known wiery in
San Rafael, purchased grapes from
this vineyard for their high-end
Merlot "Particular" which received
excellent reviews.

The cabana, which has been used as
a home and a tourist rental, is 485
square feet plus a large covered
outdoor patio. It has one bedroom,
one bathroom and an open kichen/
dining room. It also has an alarm
system.

The swimming pool measures 16x8 feet
and has a pump and filter.

The farm has a number of fruit trees,
particularly apricots, walnuts,
olive trees and peaches.

The barn on the property is very-well

and includes an older Fiat 400
vineyard tractor, a 1,000-liter
